Terms of service
Effective 6 October 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and us for using the app at 3dspriter.hashkit.dev. By using it you agree to them. They’re short on purpose. Our privacy policy explains what data we keep, and the refund policy when you can get your money back.
Who we are
3dspriter is a product of Softaleo, operated by Leonid Haimov, an individual (sole proprietor, not a company) based in Israel. Softaleo is the name under which he sells 3dspriter and other hashkit.dev products. “We” and “us” in these terms mean Leonid Haimov, trading as Softaleo. You can reach us at leoisprogramming@gmail.com.
When you buy the Individual plan, you buy it from Paddle, our reseller (see “Billing through Paddle”). These terms govern your use of 3dspriter itself; Paddle’s terms govern the purchase.
Who can use 3dspriter
- Anyone can use the free app; it needs no account.
- You must be at least 16 to create an account. If you buy the plan, you must also be able to make the purchase under Paddle’s terms where you live (for example, an adult, or with a parent’s permission).
- If you use 3dspriter for a business, you confirm you can accept these terms for it. The rules here that protect consumers apply to you only as far as the law says they do.
The free app
Everything that runs on your device is free and needs no account: modeling, rendering and exporting. There are no watermarks and no export limits. Your projects are stored in your browser, so keep your own backups (the app can save project files): if your browser’s storage is cleared, projects that aren’t synced are gone, and we can’t recover them.
Accounts
You need an account only for the cloud features. Use an email address or a Google or GitHub account that’s yours, and keep access to it secure: whoever can sign in with it can use your account. Tell us if you think someone else has. You can delete your account at any time in the Account panel.
The Individual plan
- What it is. The Individual plan adds cloud sync, version history and share links, with up to 32 MB per project and 1 GB in total, version history included (see pricing).
- Price. $6 a month or $48 a year, in US dollars. Sales tax or VAT is added at checkout where it applies.
- Automatic renewal. The plan is a subscription. It renews automatically at the end of each month or year, and the price is charged to your payment method each time, until you cancel.
- The free month. Your first subscription starts with one free month: one per account and email address (when you start a checkout, we check with Paddle for a past subscription under your email address). You give a payment method at checkout and nothing is charged then. The free month ends one month after you start it; the date is shown in the account menu (“Free trial until …”). On that date the subscription becomes a paid one automatically and the first payment is charged, unless you cancelled before. Later subscriptions have no free month and are charged at checkout.
- How to cancel. Online at any time: “Manage subscription” in the account menu opens Paddle’s customer portal, where you cancel in a few clicks. You can also cancel at paddle.net (through the link in any of Paddle’s subscription emails), or by emailing us, even if you can’t sign in. Cancelling stops future payments. You keep the plan until the end of the period you’ve paid for (or the end of the free month), and nothing is deleted when it ends.
- Emails from Paddle. Paddle emails you a receipt for every payment, and a reminder at least 7 days before the free month ends. Each of Paddle’s subscription emails has a link to cancel.
- Price changes. If we change the price, we’ll email you 30 days before it applies to your subscription, with the new price and how to cancel. The new price applies from your next renewal after that; if you don’t want it, cancel before then.
Billing through Paddle
- Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
- Paddle sells you the plan and handles payment, tax, invoices and refunds. The Paddle company you buy from depends on where you are: for example, Paddle.com Inc. in the US, and Paddle.com Market Limited (UK) in the UK, the EU and most other countries. Your purchase is governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms; where they and our refund policy differ, you get whichever is better for you.
- If a renewal payment fails, you keep the plan for a few days while Paddle retries it. After that, uploads and new share links stop until the payment goes through or you subscribe again.
Refunds and cancellation rights
- Within 14 days of any payment (the first payment, the payment when the free month ends, or a renewal), you can ask for a full refund of it, without giving a reason, without any fee and with nothing deducted for the time you used the plan. Refunds are processed by Paddle, to the payment method you used, within 14 days of your request. The details and how to ask are in our refund policy.
- After 14 days, we don’t give partial refunds for a month or year that has started, except as described in “Changes to the service”, or where the consumer law of your country gives you the right to a refund of the unused part when you cancel.
- Consumers in the EU and the UK have a legal right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days, and consumers in Israel have a legal right to cancel a distance purchase within 14 days. Our 14-day refund is at least as generous: it doesn’t depend on whether you’ve used the plan, and it applies to every payment, not only the first.
- Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the consumer protection law of the country where you live.
When your plan ends
We don’t delete anything when your plan ends. You can still see, download and remove your cloud projects and every kept version, and your share links keep working until they expire or you revoke them. Uploading changes (including restoring an old version) and making new share links stop until you subscribe again.
Your content
- Your models and projects are yours. You give us only the permission we need to run the service: to store your synced projects and their versions, copy them between your devices, and deliver them to the people you share them with. That permission ends when they’re deleted from our servers (the privacy policy says when that happens). We don’t claim any other rights to your work.
- You confirm that you have the right to upload and share what you put in 3dspriter (including reference images), and that doing so doesn’t break the law or anyone else’s rights.
- Models and images you make with the app are yours to use however you like, including commercially.
Share links
Anyone who has a share link can open the project and keep a copy on their own device, so only share links with people you trust with the project. You’re responsible for what you share and who you send it to. Revoking a link or letting it expire stops new openings, but it can’t take back copies people have already made.
Acceptable use
Please don’t:
- upload or share anything illegal, or anything you don’t have the right to share;
- use share links to spread malware, spam, or content that harms others;
- try to get into other people’s accounts or projects, or to break, overload or get around the limits of the service;
- resell access to the cloud features.
Suspension and termination
- If you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, we may remove the content concerned, revoke share links, or suspend or close your account. Where it’s reasonable, we’ll tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem and to download your projects. We’ll always tell you why, unless the law prevents us.
- If we close your account for breaking these terms, we cancel your subscription; the 14-day refund still applies to a recent payment.
- You can stop using 3dspriter and delete your account at any time. What happens to your data then is in the privacy policy.
Changes to the service
- We keep improving 3dspriter, so features may change. The free app may change too.
- If we make a change that substantially reduces what the Individual plan gives you, we’ll email you at least 30 days before. You can then cancel and get a refund of the unused part of the period you’ve paid for.
- If we ever stop offering the cloud features, we’ll email you at least 60 days before, refund the unused part of any paid period, and keep your projects available to download until the end.
The service is provided as is
We work hard to keep 3dspriter running and your data safe, but we can’t promise the service will always be available or free of bugs. To the extent the law allows, the app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind beyond those in these terms. Keep your own copies of work that matters to you. If you’re a consumer, this doesn’t affect your legal rights, for example to a service that is provided with reasonable care and skill and as described.
Liability
- To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for losses that weren’t foreseeable when you started using 3dspriter, or for indirect losses such as lost profits or business opportunities.
- To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for everything related to 3dspriter is limited to the greater of what you paid for the Individual plan in the 12 months before the claim, or US$50.
- Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, for gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or for anything else that can’t be limited or excluded by law.
Governing law and courts
These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, and the competent courts in Israel have jurisdiction over disputes about them. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live, and you can also bring a claim in the courts there. Before going to court, please email us: most problems can be solved quickly.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we’ll post the new version here with a new date. If a change is important, we’ll email account holders at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you don’t agree with a change, you can cancel your subscription and delete your account before then; if the change affects the plan you’ve paid for, you can also get a refund of the unused part of the period.
The rest
- These terms, with the privacy policy and the refund policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about 3dspriter. Paddle’s buyer terms cover the purchase.
- If a court finds part of these terms invalid, the rest still applies.
- If we don’t enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later.
- We may transfer this agreement to someone who takes over 3dspriter, if your rights under it aren’t reduced. We’ll tell you first.
