Refund policy
Effective 6 October 2026
This policy covers the Individual plan of 3dspriter. Everything else in 3dspriter is free. It is part of our terms of service.
The free month
- Your first subscription to the Individual plan starts with one month free. You give a payment method at checkout, and nothing is charged then.
- When the free month ends, the subscription turns into a paid one automatically and the first payment ($6 for a month, or $48 for a year, plus tax where it applies) is charged. The account menu shows the date (“Free trial until …”).
- To avoid that charge, cancel before the free month ends, under “Manage subscription” in the account menu. You keep the plan until the end of the free month.
- There is one free month per account and email address. If you subscribe again after a subscription ended, there is no free month: the first payment is charged at checkout.
- Paddle emails you a receipt for every payment.
14 days, no questions asked
- Within 14 days of your first payment for a subscription (for a subscription that started with a free month, the payment charged when it ended), you can ask for a full refund of that payment. We don’t ask why, and there is no fee.
- The same goes for each renewal: within 14 days of a renewal charge, you can ask for a full refund of that charge.
- This applies whether or not you’ve used the plan, and also after you’ve deleted your account.
- When we refund a payment, we also cancel the subscription, so it doesn’t renew. Nothing is deleted.
After 14 days
- We don’t give partial refunds for the rest of a month or year that has started.
- You can cancel at any time under “Manage subscription” in the account menu. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep the plan until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
- Exceptions in your favour: if we substantially reduce what the plan gives you, or stop offering it, we refund the unused part of the period you’ve paid for (see the terms of service). And if the consumer law of your country gives you the right to a refund of the unused part when you cancel, email us and we’ll make it.
Your legal rights
- Consumers in the EU and the UK have a legal right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days, and consumers in Israel can cancel a distance purchase within 14 days. Our policy is at least as generous: a full refund, with no fee and nothing deducted for the time you used the plan, within 14 days of every payment.
- In the EU, you can also withdraw within the 14 days with the withdrawal button in Paddle’s customer portal (“Manage subscription” in the account menu, or the link in Paddle’s emails).
- Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the consumer protection law of your country.
How refunds are paid
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the merchant of record for all our orders. Refunds are processed by Paddle, to the payment method you paid with, within 14 days of your request. How long the money takes to arrive after that depends on your bank or card issuer.
How to ask
- Email leoisprogramming@gmail.com from the address of your account, or say which address it is, or
- reply to the receipt Paddle emailed you, or look up your purchase at paddle.net.
Please ask us before disputing a charge with your bank: a refund is usually quicker.
